Core Strength And Functional Training Class
A Pilates based class for runners and triathletes, but will benefit everyone. All levels of experience are catered for.
This is not POSH STRETCHING but a thorough workout. Try this class directly after training, or to compliment a recovery session from the weekend. It works.
Monday Evenings 20:30 at Windsor Leisure Centre. Meet to the left of reception at 20:20. Do NOT pay at reception as this is not a Leisure Centre class.
Cost £6 per session

Humans are naturally gregarious. Training with others is both fun and challenging.
