Training is hard, trying to fit in life as well makes things even harder.
Training for one discipline is tough, fitting in two more makes things difficult.
Training on your own can lack the motivation, help and support that other people can give.
Training for specific race goals be it a desire to complete a distance or to achieve a specific time goal requires planning and dedication to adhere to a training programme.
BeeToned has experience of multi-discipline event training and will help and join you in your desire to achieve your goals, assisting you to produce a training programme, providing advice that suits your other commitments as well as your training needs and support and motivation to help you through the low times of training.
A triathlon by design uses the whole body during the race. Training needs to reflect this whole body approach. BeeToned will incorporate stretching and suitable functional exercises into your training programme to enhance strength and flexibility.
Training is not just about putting in the hard work outside, if you do not look after your body then it will not be able to achieve the things that you want to do. This is especially true when training for three elements. BeeToned are able to offer advice on how to fuel your training to get you through to the end of the race.
