BeeToned’s experience and knowledge of many facets of cardio-vascular training and the more advanced sessions of Pilates based exercises that enhance core strength, overall body awareness and provide invaluable whole body stretching and conditioning can assist in taking your results to the next level.
During a recent gait analysis session the majority of runners were advised to improve their core strength to assist their form.
